An ambitious recruitment agency with big ideas and an ingenious strategy to boot, Identify Talent is leading the UK for Innovation in Recruitment™ by embracing new opportunities and cutting-edge technology in the recruitment industry.
With an envious success rate and an expanding team, Identify had outgrown their original office and were looking to up sticks and upgrade. Previously known as Total Supply Chain Solutions, with a new office came a new outlook and we created Identify Talent, a professional brand that set their unique company apart from traditional recruiters.
With a stylish new brand perfected, we ticked this off our list and moved on to communicating the brand throughout their new workspace. Identify were keen to create an environment that wowed their clients and motivated their employees and we worked very closely with their enthusiastic team to finalise ideas for the space.
Having had a complete name change, Identify also needed our help to create brand awareness and support the continued growth of their business. A full marketing strategy later, we have worked with them to design sales and internal communication materials, develop their website and provide event management.
