ResQ is more than a contact centre. As an owner-managed business, the management team know that ResQ’s unique point of difference is their remarkable staff and strive to make it an enjoyable environment to work in.
We were tasked with creating a fantastic work environment for their 800 plus employees, transforming the dated HQ building into a fun, engaging and motivational space.
Starting from the ground up, we provided a full rebrand, giving the logo and brand guidelines a refresh to reflect their people-centric culture.
Then, brand established, it was our job to spread the word. With a colourful new brand palette to work from, we created vibrant office graphics for the huge Hull site. Calling floors, meeting rooms, offices, corridors, the canteen and the reception area were all transformed with a lick of paint and inspiring vinyl graphics. We aimed to provide a fresh experience in each part of the five-floor building, and create a sense of community.
Building on the office branding, we continued to develop the ResQ brand with a variety of marketing services. Developing a new website to reflect the brand was next on the list, and as part of the internal communications work, we created a culture guide for ResQ employees and visitors to help new recruits and existing staff understand the core values and beliefs of the brand.

We continue to support ResQ with a range of design, print, communications and digital services, building on the family feel of the company and improving staff engagement and productivity.
